Scott Wallace is Region Bank President at Wells Fargo and leads the Greater Dallas and Texarkana TX/AR markets. Mr. Wallace is a 30-year banking veteran with the responsibility of leading over 1,000 team members at 93 bank branches in 8 districts that serve 32 communities with over $6 billion in deposits. His span of control includes all consumer and small business relationships in the branch banking network as well as partnering with other business lines in the company to serve all customers’ financial needs to help them succeed financially.

Mr. Wallace is a graduate of Kilgore College and has earned Banking Certification from the American Institute of Banking – American Bankers Association and completed the Wells Fargo proprietary Leadership Mastery Program and Senior Business Acumen.

Mr. Wallace has been involved in the community as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, United Way, American Heart Association, March of Dimes, local colleges for financial literacy education and is a Charter Member of Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco.


Vice Chair

Dena DeNooyer Stroh has almost 20 years of legal experience. Ms. Stroh joined North Texas Tollway Authority in March 2015 as General Counsel and Ethics Officer. She previously served as General Counsel and Board Secretary for Murchison Oil and Gas for three years. Prior to her in-house counsel positions, she practiced complex commercial litigation at Gruber Hurst Johansen Hail Shank, LLP and Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP and was elected to the partnerships of both firms. In 1999, she graduated from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, cum laude, and Order of the Coif, and in 1996, graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Psychology.

Ms. Stroh was 2017 President of Dallas Women Lawyers Association (DWLA). She has co-chaired the Women’s Advocacy Awards committee of Legal Aid of Northwest Texas from 2014 to 2016, serves as a director on the boards of Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity and Dallas Children’s Theater, and chaired Attorneys Serving the Community from 2012 to 2014. Ms. Stroh is a past President of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (2009), during which time she created a public service announcement campaign to educate the Spanish-speaking community about fraud, created a Teen Leadership Academy, and documented the history of the organization from 1978 to 2009 in written and video form. She was a member of the 2011 Class of Leadership Dallas.

Under Ms. Stroh’s leadership, NTTA was selected a finalist for 2018 Litigation of the Year and 2018 M&A Deal of the Year for the ACC Corporate Counsel Awards. She was selected as one of the “Dallas 500” in 2015 by D CEO Magazine, received the 2014 D CEO Magazine & ACC Corporate Counsel Award for Outstanding Community Service, and was selected as one of the “40 Under 40” in 2013 by the Dallas Business Journal.

Ms. Stroh has been married for over 13 years and has three children – 10, 8, and 4. She “ran” her first half marathon in December 2015.


Past Chair and Governance Chair

Anne C. Haskel, Principal of Haskel Consulting, LLC, has more than twenty-five years’ experience working with museums, non-profit organizations, corporations and individuals dedicated to serving their communities and stakeholders in significant ways.

Ms. Haskel’s expertise is the result of her work with: the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum (NYC); The Field Museum (Chicago); the Perot Museum of Nature & Science (Dallas); Bankers Trust Company (NYC); and Planned Parenthood Federation of America (NYC), among others. Ms. Haskel has planned, designed and implemented fundraising and communications programs including marketing sponsorships, capital campaigns, corporate and individual membership programs, community education programs and special events.

Ms. Haskel also serves on the Stewardship Board of the Trinity River Audubon Center and on the Executive Women of Dallas Board of Directors as Past President.



Joey Hall is Executive Vice President, Permian Operations for Pioneer Natural Resources and a member of its Management Team. He is responsible for planning, development and operations activities in the Permian Basin, where the Company has the largest Spraberry/Wolfcamp acreage position with decades of drilling inventory.

Mr. Hall’s rise to Pioneer’s senior leadership team began in 1989, when he joined Pioneer’s predecessor company, MESA, Inc. He held several positions in worldwide facilities, eventually managing offshore, onshore and international projects across the Company, including the Falcon deep water development in the Gulf of Mexico.

Mr. Hall was then assigned as Operations Manager in Alaska, where he was responsible for all drilling, production and construction activities. Under his leadership, Pioneer completed the Oooguruk development, establishing Pioneer as the first independent oil and gas company to produce on the North Slope of Alaska.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.


Finance Committee Chair

Zach Wooldridge is a founding partner at Elm Creek Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm. Prior to that he spent four years with Red River Ventures executing a similar investment strategy. Current investments include MHM Urgent Care, FreeFlight Systems, and TGE Industrial Services. In addition to holding board positions related to the management of Elm Creek Partners and Red River Ventures, he previously served as a founding director of Professional Bank, which was sold in 2009. Mr. Wooldridge currently serves as a director of the Episcopal School of Dallas and Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity. He actively supports the Church of the Incarnation and Community Partners of Dallas. Mr. Wooldridge is married with three children and earned an MBA from SMU and a degree in accounting from Washington & Lee University.


Public Policy / Advocacy Chair

Gilbert Gerst, Senior Vice President, Manager of Community Development Banking for BOK Financial (BOKF). BOKF is a $32 billion regional financial services company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma with banking divisions in 7 states.
Mr. Gerst is a career banker and has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. He joined BOKF in June 2011 after 25+ years with JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Gerst has corporate wide responsibility for the bank’s community development lending and investment activities and is a key partner in the bank’s CRA compliance and examination process. An accountant by trade, Gilbert has spent most of his banking career positively impacting low to moderate income individuals and communities.
Mr. Gerst holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of North Texas and a Master’s Degree in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is actively involved in the community and currently serves on multiple boards and committees including Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity, Board Chairman of the Dallas Black Dance Theater, Tulsa Economic Development Corporation, and the Dallas Development Fund, a NMTC CDE.

Other board membership and participation includes the AT&T Performing Arts Center; Work Force Solutions of Greater Dallas; and the State Fair of Texas.


Mission Advancement Committee Chair

Dawn Kahle is senior director of communications for Children’s Health, the eight-largest pediatric health care provider in the nation and the leading pediatric health care system in North Texas. Ms. Kahle manages crisis and issues communications for the health care system, as well as leads external communications, including social media, online brand reputation and public relations. She also oversees corporate and internal communications, including executive communications and publications. She also serves as Board Chair for Children’s Health as a member of Health.

An award-winning communicator, Ms. Kahle has worked with a wide variety of global and national consumer and healthcare, consumer technology and enterprise software organizations throughout her career. In 2014, she was named one of the top women in business by The Dallas Business Journal.

Ms. Kahle currently serves as a board member for Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity and the Corporate Communication and Public Affairs Advisory Board at Southern Methodist University Meadows School of the Arts. She and her family also actively support Operation Kindness and Community Partners of Dallas. She is married with two children and earned a master’s degree in mass communications and a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Oklahoma State University. In 2018, Ms. Kahle earned a certification in digital marketing with a focus on digital marketing strategy and analysis from Southern Methodist University.
